Send a request the venue can answer
Include the date, arrival and departure times, number of people, movement style and whether you are teaching, filming or inviting an audience. Allow for setup and cleanup inside the booked hours. Ask for the total charge, deposit, cancellation terms and any insurance requirement in writing.
Check the room, not just the label
Published floor descriptions are a starting point. Discuss footwear, floorwork, equipment and any tape or marking with the venue. Ask about step-free routes, washrooms, changing space and arrival instructions based on your group’s needs. None of these listings is an accessibility assessment or a live availability feed.
